Jack Evans

Jack Evans is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in managing support teams and providing technical assistance. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager at FYLD since August 2024, Jack previously held multiple roles at Flexera from January 2019 to September 2024, including Technical Support Team Lead and Senior Technical Support Engineer. prior to that, Jack worked as an External Support Consultant at Restore Digital from June 2017 to January 2019. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Manchester, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
