Anita Pedersen has extensive experience in customer service and communication, currently serving as the leader of the customer center at FynBus since August 2009, where a primary focus is on problem-solving and ensuring well-informed staff provide excellent service. Previously, Anita worked as a communications consultant at FynBus, developing marketing campaigns and managing media inquiries, along with maintaining the company's intranet and website. Additional experience includes volunteering at the Odense Film Festival from 2005 to 2013, working as a translator at ordbogen.com, and teaching German at Rosengårdskolen. Anita holds a master's degree in Communication from the University of Southern Denmark and a studentereksamen from Deutsches Gymnasium für Nordschleswig.
