Consulting and Coordination

The Consulting and Coordination team at FynBus is responsible for advising regional and municipal owners on optimal bus scheduling and planning. They develop route plans based on orders from these stakeholders, ensuring efficient and effective public transportation services. The team also coordinates Flextrafik services, which include transportation for individuals with severe mobility issues, school transport, activity and rehabilitation transport, and medical appointments. Members include a leadership secretariat consultant, general consultants, an economics consultant, and a professional coordinator.
