CN Ram is an experienced leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Independent Director and Chairman of the Board at SMFG India Home Finance Company Ltd and as an Independent Director at SMFG India Credit. As Co-Founder, MD, and CEO of FYNDNA, CN Ram focuses on developing modern, scalable cloud-native banking solutions. Additional roles include Director at Perfios Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Independent Director at SBI Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited, and a co-founder of Rural Shores Business Services Pvt Ltd, aimed at empowering rural entrepreneurs. CN Ram previously held advisory and independent director positions with Warburg Pincus LLC and NSEIT, respectively. CN Ram earned a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
