Rebecca Schouten

Rebecca Schouten currently serves as the Head of People Operations & Engagement at Fyron since April 2023, overseeing HR functions across Europe, including the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany, with two direct reports. Rebecca's earlier experience includes positions as an HR Business Partner and temporary HR Manager at CEVA Logistics, where responsibilities encompassed advising on HR policies and managing regional HR teams. Additionally, Rebecca worked as an HR Advisor at Scholle IPN, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters across multiple countries. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences and various professional development programs.
