Valerie Peng

Valerie Peng has a range of work experience in various engineering roles. In 2019, they worked as a Hardware Engineering Lead at FYTO, Inc. Prior to that, they were a Technical Intern at Intel Corporation in 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at RightHand Robotics, Inc, where they contributed to sensor design, manufacturing, and product testing. Valerie also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017, focusing on global engineering and research. In 2016, they were an Intern at Lockheed Martin, where they gained experience in control systems and information sciences. Valerie has also conducted research at the Mechatronics Research Lab at MIT in 2015, the University of Michigan Mobility Transportation Center in 2015, and the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology Centre in 2014.

Valerie Peng completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the year 2017. Valerie then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, which they completed in 2019.
