Wendy Smith

Wendy Smith has extensive experience in people operations and strategy, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Fyto, Inc. Previously, Wendy held the position of People Strategy and Operations Consultant at Lexicon Branding and served as Senior Director of Design Operations at Salesforce, as well as Senior Director and San Francisco Studio Lead at the same company. Wendy was a Partner and General Manager at Sequence and worked as the Director of Operations and Project Management at Stone Yamashita Partners. Wendy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Italian Language from Washington University in St. Louis and has additional education from Studio Arts College International.
