Will Thiel

Will Thiel currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at FYTR, focusing on the development of a tailored nutrition platform for athletes, wellness, and healthcare since August 2023. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Genesys, Thiel guided the expansion of a data and AI ecosystem within a billion-dollar customer service platform. Thiel founded Pointillist, a journey orchestration SaaS company that achieved a successful $150 million acquisition by Genesys, and served as its Head of Product. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Altman Vilandrie & Company and Stroud Consulting, where Thiel established product and analytics teams. Thiel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.
