Violaine Yziquel is an experienced leader in customer success and operations, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Fyxer AI since March 2025. Prior roles include VP of Global Customer Success at Staffbase and multiple positions at Customer Success Network, including CEO and Co-Founder. Violaine has contributed to companies such as Slack and Box, holding key roles in customer success management.
