Harshana (Harry) Senanayake

Harshana Senanayake, also known as Harry, has extensive experience in the banking and technology industries. Harshana (Harry) began their career at Northfield Bank in 1995, where they held several positions, including IT Manager, Network Administrator, Firewall Administrator, Help Desk Manager, and Assistant Controller before moving up to become the SVP Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). While at Northfield Bank, they implemented a comprehensive security architecture to protect against data breaches and insider threats.

In 2015, they left Northfield Bank to become the SVP Chief Technology Officer at Columbia Bank New Jersey, where they created a vision and implemented technology and security strategies aligned with the bank's business goals. As part of their digital strategy, Senanayake implemented Sales force CRM systems and nCino Loan systems, optimizing operations between diverse business units.

Harshana (Harry)'srole includes expanding service offerings in the US, UK, and the APAC region. Prior to their CEO role, Senanayake was a Senior Advisor at FYXO, providing leadership and advisory services in enterprise technology strategy and IT service management consultancy services for a diverse group of clients.

Harshana (Harry) Senanayake earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree from The City College of New York from 1987 to 1993. Later, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Financial Analysis at NYU Stern School of Business from 1994 to 1996.
