David Dowdy

David Dowdy currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at FYZICAL Chicago since January 2025, after holding the position of VP of Operations and VP of Company Clinics at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers from February 2018 to January 2025. Prior to these roles, David was VP of Network Development at Bardavon Health Innovations from April 2016 to February 2018, and held multiple leadership positions at SERC Physical & Hand Therapy from July 2005 to April 2016, including Regional Director, Area Director, and Clinic Director/Partner. David's educational background includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Fitness & Wellness from the University of Central Missouri.
