Brittany Berryman

Brittany Berryman is currently the Director of Marketing at G-CON Manufacturing. Brittany has held this position for 11 years and 10 months. Prior to their current position, they were the Business and Marketing Manager and before that, the Human Resources Representative. In their current position, Brittany is responsible for leading the company’s marketing efforts and executing brand planning and the launch of new products. Brittany also manages the company’s website experience, landing page conversion, press releases, social media distribution and cross-channel support.

Before joining G-CON Manufacturing, Brittany was the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Texas Best Selfie Events, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and acquiring new business. Brittany also developed, established, implemented and maintained business development and marketing strategies consistent with the organizational Strategic Plan.

Prior to their role at Texas Best Selfie Events, Brittany was a Sales Coordinator at The Oldham Goodwin Group, LLC for 2 years. In this role, they coordinated sales activities and developed relationships with clients.

Brittany Berryman attended Texas A&M University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Health. Brittany was active in the Pre-Dental Society and the Biomedical Science Association. After graduation, they pursued a Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership and Applied Business Management from Colorado State University. During their time at Colorado State University, they focused on applying established research and theoretical frameworks to address organizational challenges. Brittany also utilized knowledge, theories, and research-study understanding gained throughout the program to analyze and evaluate organizations and then propose constructs for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
