Dr. Adedayo Adebisi

Dr. Adedayo Adebisi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Manager at G. Elias since October 2019, responsibilities include evaluating HR actions against business needs and guiding the development of integrated HR strategies. Prior experience includes Lead HR Consultant for Hyperformance Associates Limited, focusing on organizational learning and HR audits, as well as Talent Manager at Newrest Nigeria, overseeing recruitment processes and performance management programs. Previous positions also include Head of HR and Admin at Virtual Media Network Limited, Head of Human Resources at Me Cure Health Care, and Group Head of HR and Admin at A & G Insurance, where significant contributions were made to HR policies and employee management strategies. Dr. Adebisi holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from Atlantic International University, an MS in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool, and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos.
