Richard Mottram

Richard Mottram is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the manufacturing and food sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at G.F Smith since May 2020, Richard previously held the position of Factory Manager at Pipers Crisps Ltd from May 2015 to May 2020. With a tenure at PepsiCo from 2003 to 2015, Richard progressed through several roles, including Shift Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience includes roles such as Production Team Leader at Scottish and Newcastle and Command Supervisor at RJB Mining. Richard began a career in the coal industry with British Coal and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
