Austin Eugenio has a diverse work experience in customer support, sales operations, retail sales, and hospitality. Austin worked as a Customer Support & Sales Operations Specialist at G-Form, where they responded to inquiries, maintained product knowledge, and handled customer returns and exchanges. Prior to that, they served as a Retail Sales Associate at INI Soccer Supply/INI Screen Printing & Embroidery, where they provided customer service, completed sales transactions, managed inventory, and performed office duties. Additionally, they worked as a Busser/Food Runner at Cotali Mar Restaurante, delivering food and beverages, providing hospitality, and performing various tasks to enhance the dining experience.

Austin Eugenio completed an Online Certificate in Fundamentals of Global Sports Management from the Preston Robert Tisch Institute for Global Sport. Austin received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University in 2019. Prior to that, Austin attended New Bedford High School.
