Pedro Borges Garcia

Mr. Garcia is the Chief Content Acquisition Officer since 2020, being responsible for the negotiation and acquisition of all rights, from sports to entertainment. He started his career at Grupo Globo in 1981, when he joined the CEDOC (Documentation Center of TVG), having worked also for TeleMonteCarlos, in Italy. He then joined Globosat, since its foundation in 1991, working in Top Sport, currently SporTV. He has also worked in the Premiere and Combate, the soccer and MMA PPV channels. In 2015 he became the director of Globo Esportes, the TVGs Sports Rights department.
