Roberto Irineu Marinho

Mr. Roberto Irineu Marinho is the Vice-President of the Board since 2021 and, before that, he was the Chairman of the Board, from 2003 to 2020. He started his career at the age of 16 at the “O Globo” newspaper, where he worked as a printer, linotypist and later, as a reporter. In 1978, he was appointed executive vice-president of TV Globo. In 1990, he became the vice-president of Grupo Globo and from August 2002 until December 2017 he acted as its executive president.
