Ross Jelf

Ross Jelf currently serves as the Acting Head of People & Culture at G.J. Gardner Homes, where responsibilities include strategic HR partnership with franchise owners, managing learning and development activities, enhancing the corporate employment brand, and overseeing HR operations for the Franchisor team. Previously, Ross held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Brady Technologies, where significant contributions included establishing an in-house recruitment function that increased direct recruiting to 90% and reduced agency fees by over £300K annually. Ross's earlier experience includes leading the APAC office for Widen the Net Limited, where recruitment services were offered across the IT sector, as well as work as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, and a piano tutor at Stella Maris Catholic Primary School. Educational qualifications include an MA in Choral Conducting from the Royal Academy of Music and degrees in Music & Education from The University of Queensland.
