In 2011, GLION Group and T. Brothers International acquired Hy’s Steak House, one of Hawaii’s most celebrated steakhouses, leading eventually to the formation of G.Lion Hawaii.

As part of GLION Group’s Osaka-based Hospitality and Branding division, G.Lion Hawaii operates two catering entities, Catering by Hy's and Divinitive Occasions, while managing the modern French cuisine restaurant, La Vie by G.Lion, and the Italian cuisine restaurant, Quiora, in The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach.
