Arturo Hernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, customer care solutions, and technology implementation. Currently serving as the Senior Manager, Implementation Roaming & Interconnection at Liberty Latin America since April 2019, Arturo has successfully executed the product development strategy for eSIM Aggregators with initial revenue of US$ 4.8 million and leads cross-functional teams to oversee high-impact projects. Previous roles include Senior Manager Customer Care Solutions, where Arturo defined the roadmap for Generative AI solutions, and Contact Center Solutions Strategy and Delivery Manager, managing significant technology projects for approximately 4,000 agents.
