Lee Rogers

Lee Rogers has a diverse work experience, primarily in the telecommunications industry. Lee started their career at L'Oréal as a Supply Chain Management Analyst in 2011. Lee then worked at Virgin Media, initially as a Strategy Analyst in 2012 and later as a Management Accountant and Procurement Manager from 2013 to 2016. At Virgin Media, they played a crucial role in the Value Creation team within Group Strategy & Corporate development, focusing on driving long-term value for the organization. In 2016, Lee joined Liberty Global as a Program Manager in the LiLAC Transformation Office, where they successfully managed the integration of Cable & Wireless Communications into the LiLAC Group. Since 2017, Lee has been working at Liberty Latin America, holding positions such as Senior Manager in the LLA Transformation Office, Director of Business Management, Core Network & Operations, and currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Lee Rogers completed their BSc (Hons) in Business Administration at the University of Bath, School of Management from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they participated in an academic exchange program at Simon Fraser University, focusing on Business Administration. Later in 2013, they pursued further education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, earning the qualification of Chartered Global Management Accountant. In 2016, Lee obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA, ACMA) certification from CIMA.
