Omar L.

Omar L. has a strong background in SEO and digital marketing. Omar began their career as a freelance SEO/SEM consultant before moving on to roles such as SEO Director at Agencia ROI and SEO Consultant at Independiente. Omar also worked as an SEO & Social Media Specialist at Disup.com and as a SEO & CRO Mentor at Magical Startups. Omar has experience in teaching SEO, having been a SEO Teacher at Academia Adity and an Associated Teacher at USACH. Most recently, they worked at Globant as a SEO/ASO Lead, where they were responsible for marketing strategy, SEO strategy, content SEO and technical lead, support in sales, and development of new services. Omar is currently the Head of SEO at Liberty Latin America.

Omar L. attended Universidad de Chile from 2003 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Periodismo and a field of study in Licenciado en Comunicación Social. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Mobile, International and Local SEO from Semrush in April 2021, and a certification as a Link Research Tools Associate from LinkResearchTools (LRT) in July 2020.
