Paula Serman

Paula Serman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and user experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Design and Research at Liberty Latin America since June 2022, Paula leads the Customer Experience, Research, and Design departments, focusing on driving digital transformation within the telecommunications sector in Central America and the Caribbean. Previously, as Head of UX at Entel and holding various roles including Project Manager and UX Senior Consultant at Blue Company S.A., Paula has a proven record in managing client relationships and delivering user-centered design strategies. Paula's educational background includes a degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Andres Bello, a diploma in Information Architecture and User Experience from Universidad del Pacífico, and a course in Marketing and Strategy for Technology Companies from Universidad del Desarrollo.
