Rhys D. Campbell

Rhys D. Campbell serves as the Head of ESG and Legal Strategy at Liberty Latin America since May 2023, focusing on the creation and implementation of an ESG strategy across the group. Prior to this, Rhys was the Director of Strategy, Business Intelligence, and Project Management at Liberty Costa Rica, driving project management, business intelligence, and strategy development following the merger of two major telecommunications companies. Rhys has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Director of Business Operations at Cable & Wireless Communications and Commercial Director at Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited. With a strong background in corporate affairs, regulatory compliance, and business strategy, Rhys has effectively contributed to business optimization and stakeholder management in previous positions. Rhys holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs and a Master's degree in Government: International Relations from The University of the West Indies, along with certifications in wine and spirits education.
