Felicia Langnes has been in the workforce for over a decade, beginning with a role as a Retail Sales Assistant at Mattssons Herrmode in 2007. Felicia then moved on to become a Store Manager at Super Spar in 2010, where they gained experience in optimizing sales, organizing, and supervising a team of employees. In 2014, they held two positions simultaneously: a Customer Care Agent at Match.com and a Telemarketer at Viafone Sweden. At Match.com, they provided customer support in four languages and completed tasks such as translations, proofreading, and bug reports. At Viafone Sweden, they were a successful B2C seller. In 2015, they became a Social Media Manager and Customer Care Specialist at Wifog, and in 2016 they were a Community Manager at Gumbler eSports.

Felicia Langnes attended Berga Naturbruksgymnasium from 2008 to 2010.
