Lokesh Sikka

Lokesh Sikka serves as the President and Group CHRO at GM MODULAR, overseeing human resources and administration for GM Group of Companies across India since March 2025. Previously, Lokesh held the position of Head of Human Resources at Reliance Retail, managing the HR lifecycle and Learning & Development for the Product Business Group. Additional experience includes serving as CHRO and Vice President at Onida, leading HR functions and implementing best practices for organizational growth, and as Director of Human Resources at Snapdeal, where significant recruitment growth was achieved. Lokesh's extensive background also includes leadership roles in HR at HDFC Securities, Flipkart, Sify Technologies, Vodafone Essar, and Aditya Birla Group, complemented by an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
