Angus L.

Angus L. is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at G-Research since December 2021, previously serving as a Machine Learning Engineer. Prior experience includes working at Microsoft from September 2019 to September 2021 as a Research Software Engineer II, where Angus implemented and optimized machine learning research, and as an AI Resident focused on developing a novel meta-learning technique for recommender systems. Angus began a career at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP as a Technology Graduate (Data Science) involved in sales forecasting and customer segmentation. An internship as a Software Engineering Intern at Metaswitch Networks involved developing testing infrastructure in Python. Angus L. holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Computational Statistics and Machine Learning from UCL.
