Guy Johnstone

Guy Johnstone serves as the Deputy Head of HR and Head of Reward, Operations & Systems at G-Research since January 2020. Previously, Guy held various leadership roles in HR and Reward at CLS Group, Avis Budget Group EMEA, Barclays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Barclays Capital, demonstrating extensive experience in designing and implementing reward strategies and HR systems across multiple industries. Guy has a strong background in providing strategic guidance to executive teams, leading international reward initiatives, and managing large-scale transformations within organizations. Guy began his career at the Australian Bureau of Statistics and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Economics from The Australian National University.
