Floris Langendoen

Floris Langendoen has a diverse work experience in logistics and management roles. Floris began their career as a Trainee at TBI before moving on to become a Lean Coordinator at Voorbij Prefab Beton. Floris then worked as a Unit Manager at Voorbij Prefab Beton, where they managed production and achieved significant improvements in quality and productivity. Floris also worked as a Process Improvement Manager at Voorbij Prefab Beton, where they focused on LEAN projects and QHSE.

Floris has experience in retail logistics as well, having served as a Logistics Manager at Schiphol Airport Retail, where they optimized store replenishment processes. Floris then joined CEVA Logistics as a Contract Manager, responsible for warehousing and distribution for a large-format printer client.

In their most recent role at G-Star RAW, Floris has held several positions, including Logistics Manager Europe, Global Logistics Manager, and currently Director Global Logistics. Floris has managed various logistics operations, including omnichannel, warehousing, and distribution. Floris has also developed and managed carrier relationships, implemented process improvements, and facilitated accelerated growth in e-commerce and B2C operations.

Floris Langendoen holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Operations Management and Logistics from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science at the same university from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Floris Langendoen has obtained certifications in Chinese proficiency, including HSK Chinese Proficiency Test Level 3 from Hanban in 2018 and HSK Chinese Proficiency Test Level 2 from Hanban in 2012.
