Martina Roessel

Martina Roessel serves as Senior Legal Counsel at G-Star RAW since October 2011, providing general legal counsel in the fashion, wholesale, and retail sectors, with a focus on supply chain, distribution, consumer rights, e-commerce, and sustainable sourcing. Previously, from April 2006 to September 2011, Martina held the position of Legal Counsel at Foot Locker Europe B.V., where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on intellectual property, and data protection. Early experience includes a trainee position at the European Commission and various legal trainee roles in Berlin and at Norton Rose. Martina holds an LL.M. in Law from the University of Illinois College of Law and has degrees in Business Law and general Law from Bielefeld University and the University of Cologne, respectively. Further education includes attendance at the IDI conference.
