Rebecka Sancho is an experienced sustainability professional with a strong background in corporate social responsibility and sustainability consultancy. Currently serving as Head of Sustainability at G-Star RAW since March 2022, Rebecka previously held the role of Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Hunkemöller International BV from August 2018 to March 2022 and worked as a Social Compliance Coordinator at WE Fashion from October 2015 to July 2018. Rebecka's career began with a sustainability consultancy at Sancho Sustainability Consultancy from July 2013 to October 2015, and as a CSR trainee at ASICS Europe BV in early 2013, where significant contributions included the implementation of the Higg index and material assessments. Prior to this professional focus on sustainability, Rebecka worked as a Nursing Assistant for Göteborgs Stad from 2002 to 2009. Rebecka holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Gothenburg.
