Chris Murphy has worked in the sales and marketing industry since 2000. Chris began their career at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, where they held the roles of Executive Vice President Of Sales and Marketing, Global Automotive, Senior Vice President and General Manager (Experience Marketing), and Executive Managing Director. In 2019, they moved to Evil Rabbit as Global Director of New Business Development & Marketing. In 2020, they joined ITA Group, Inc. as New Business Development, and in 2021 they became Senior Vice President Of Sales at G-Tech Apparel - Heated Clothing. During their time at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, they were part of the leadership team that created a global network of 13 creative agencies and managed a budget of $125M. Chris also oversaw 50+ product launches, press events and experiential activations at international automotive shows. Additionally, they designed and developed an award-winning 3D digital experience and lead generation strategy that collected real-time data utilizing mobile phones, ear buds and RFID technology. Chris won an Event Technology Award for “Best Use of Handheld Technology” and increased revenue by 20% YOY and 10% organic increase in new markets. Chris also won a pivotal $60M contract with Nissan and increased dealership contracts by 40%.
Chris Murphy attended Trinity College for an unspecified amount of time before transferring to Trinity College Dublin, where they obtained a degree in English with a focus in European Theirtory.
