Chris Guderian

Chris the Director of Construction at GWG, and is responsible for construction projects across multiple sectors. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in construction management from Rutgers University. While attending Rutgers and following graduation, he served as Assistant Director of Operations for Caruso Excavating in Farmingdale, NJ. With aspirations of becoming a Project Manager, Chris headed to Structuretone where he first served as a Superintendent, honing his construction and on-site project management skills. Chris was swiftly promoted to Project Manager and led the successful completion of commercial projects throughout the country, ranging from 10,000 sq. ft to 250,000 sq. ft. with values of $500K to $52M.

Prior to Joining GWG, Chris was serving as Director of Construction for Hance Construction located in Washington, NJ. Chris has vast experience in project sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Recreational and Residential.
