Joann Castro, MBA, currently serves as a New Home Sales Counselor at KB Home, beginning in March 2024. With extensive experience in real estate, Joann has worked as a Realtor at G World Nexus powered by LPT Realty from May 2019 to August 2024 and previously held the position of Commercial Residential Realtor/Managing Director at La Rosa Realty from April 2016 to April 2019, focusing on the Central Florida area. Joann's background also includes on-air talent roles at KQ 93.7 FM and 100.7 FM, alongside positions in account management for radio stations and a leadership role as CEO of Nina Rock Productions.
