Prior achievements include serving as Sales Manager at Diamond Resorts™, where responsibilities included supervising a sales team and training representatives. Ricky's sales acumen is evident from a successful tenure at Mystic Dunes, consistently ranking as a top performer. Moreover, Ricky has entrepreneurial experience as the CEO and Founder of Exceptionelle LLC, alongside a solid foundation in sales and guest relations from early positions at Westgate Resorts, ADT, Ultimate Escapes, and Wyndham Worldwide. Ricky holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Management Relations from SUNY Empire State College and an Industrial and Labor Relations Certificate from Cornell University.
