Karine Almeida is a seasoned professional in maritime trade and chartering with extensive experience in fleet management and operational coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Chartering Manager and Fleet Planning Manager at G2 Ocean since June 2017, Karine oversees fleet allocation for Pacific-based trade routes, ensuring capacity aligns with trade lane requirements. Previous roles include Chartering Manager at G2 Ocean, managing financial performance and customer relations for African trade routes to Europe, and Trade Officer at Gearbulk, coordinating trade lanes from South America to Europe. Early career experience includes various roles during a Graduate Trainee program at Gearbulk and an internship focused on bio-energy projects at Bioenergia UFV.
