Rugerro Francisco

Rugerro Francisco is an experienced operations manager and vessel operator with a robust background in maritime operations and training. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at G2 Ocean since December 2017, Rugerro previously held various roles at Gearbulk, including Vessel Operations Supervisor and Vessel Operator, where responsibilities included supervising staff, planning vessel voyages, and coordinating operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Training Administrator at Maersk Line, focusing on planning and executing training programs, and as a Training Officer at KGJS Manila, managing crew training needs.
