Brooke Morse currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Customer Success at G2, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, Brooke was the SVP of Customer Success at Applied Data Corporation, where responsibilities included leading a Customer Success team for over 120 Grocery and Convenience Retail customers across more than 20,000 locations in the US. Additional experience includes a decade at Vibes, progressing from the Vice President of Customer Success to the Regional Account Director, managing mobile marketing strategies for enterprise clients. Early career roles include sales and marketing positions at the Mobile Marketing Association, THQ, and Sprint, covering various aspects of membership development, wireless sales, and product marketing strategy. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from The University of Kansas.
