Leah Smith

Leah Smith is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer support and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Specialist at G2 since November 2019, Leah has contributed significantly to the growth of the support team and has prioritized integration support for a growing number of custom integrations. As a Co-Founder of the Chicago Craft Club since January 2022, Leah has successfully built a community focused on crafting and artistic collaboration in Chicago. Previous roles include Project Management Apprentice at Jellyvision, where Leah organized implementation schedules for ALEX software and coordinated cross-functional teamwork.
