Previous roles include Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Upwork, where collaboration drove significant revenue growth, and Professional Services Leader at Slack, recognized with the Slack Leader of the Year award for exceptional leadership. Matt has also successfully led global HR transformation projects at IBM and managed professional services for Workday at Alight Solutions, achieving notable revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Indiana State University and an MBA from DePaul University.
