Shay Howe

Shay Howe is a seasoned leader in strategy, marketing, and design, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at ActiveCampaign since October 2017, with prior roles as Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Vice President of Platform Strategy, and Vice President of Design. In addition to the responsibilities at ActiveCampaign, Shay is an Executive Advisory Board Member at G2 and a Mentor for Techstars, where insights are shared with portfolio companies on product, design, engineering, and leadership. As a Partner at Prota Ventures, Shay aids in business ideation and execution for early-stage investment opportunities. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of Chicago Camps and Lead Honestly, Shay focuses on community-building and fostering leadership skills. Previous experience includes advisory roles and leadership positions at various tech organizations, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing product development and team dynamics. Shay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Multimedia, Web Architecture & Design from the University of Advancing Technology.
