Shaylyn Sinclair

Shaylyn Sinclair, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Business Partner at Sprout Social, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this role, Shaylyn worked as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Hireology from August 2019 to July 2021 and gained diverse experience as a Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Representative at Meridian from May 2016 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Shaylyn held the position of HR Summer Associate at Danaher Corporation in mid-2015 and accumulated extensive experience at MSU Greenline between January 2010 and May 2015 in various roles, including Assistant Coordinator and Recruiting Manager. Shaylyn holds a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University, obtained in 2015, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the same institution, earned in 2013.
