Addisu Alemu

Addisu Alemu's work experience includes the following positions:

- Software Engineer II at g2o since November 2021 (current position).

- Research team head at Bahir Dar Institute of Technology: ICT for Development Research Center from June 2020 to January 2021. In this role, they managed research initiatives, conducted telephone interviews, and coordinated evaluation and grant processes for research projects.

- Senior Software Engineer at Tana Express Information Service from June 2015 to November 2020. Addisu maximized technological improvements, reported technology status to the company, and provided support to executive management on goals.

- Assistant Lecturer at Bahir Dar University from August 2014 to June 2015.

Addisu Alemu completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bahir Dar University, from 2009 to 2014. Later, from 2017 to 2018, Addisu pursued a Higher National Diploma in Professional Teacher Education from the same university. From 2018 to 2020, Addisu earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering, also from Bahir Dar University.

In 2021, Addisu enrolled at Maharishi International University to pursue a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, Addisu obtained several certifications such as "Choosing a Cloud Platform for Developers: AWS, Azure, and GCP," "Learning Amazon Web Services (AWS) for Developers," and "Learning Spring with Spring Boot" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
