Prior to g2o, James worked as a Programmer 1 at National Interstate Insurance Company from September 2010 to December 2013.

James Palavos, CSM, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. James completed their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, James has also obtained certifications in Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau in August 2020 and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in June 2015.
