Juan Mendez

Juan Mendez has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Juan is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at g2o since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Luna as a Senior Frontend/Web3 Developer from January 2021 to April 2022, where they developed a personal care web application and an NFT marketplace using React, Typescript, and frontend technologies. Juan also worked at Kryptomon.io as a Senior Frontend/Web3 Developer from April 2019 to December 2020, where they built the Kryptomon NFT marketplace and integrated smart contracts using React.js and Typescript. Before that, they worked at Anthem, Inc. as a React Developer from May 2017 to February 2019, where they followed the Waterfall method of Software Engineering and worked on React.js components and Redux concepts. Juan also gained experience as a Full Stack Developer at Jonathan Adler from May 2014 to March 2017, where they built a TeleHealth platform using vuejs and laravel and integrated video consulting services. Juan began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Google from October 2013 to January 2014.

Juan Mendez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the University of Texas at Tyler, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification called "Triplebyte Certified" from Triplebyte in March 2023.
