Vince Waldon

Vince Waldon is a Senior Advisor at G2V Optics. Vince has over 20 years of experience in operations, strategic planning, and leadership development. Prior to joining G2V Optics, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Resume Free, a technology startup that helps people create resumes. Vince has a proven track record of helping startups scale up their people, processes, and production capability. Vince is responsible for the Production, HR, IT, Facilities, and Administration functions at G2V Optics. Vince has also implemented the R.A.C.I. (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) framework as a key part of the company’s operating system. Thanks to Vince's efforts, G2V Optics has been able to hire multiple key personnel and expand their business operations into new facilities.

Vince Waldon has a MBA from Athabasca University and a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta in Electrical Engineering.
