Lourdes Acosta

Lourdes Acosta has extensive experience in operations and people management, currently serving as the G2V Operations Manager for the US at G2V Recruitment Group since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as People Operations Manager, Operations Support Executive, and Office Administrator at Lumicity from July 2019 to April 2024. Lourdes also worked as a Building Operations Attendant at the UCSC Office of Physical Education, Recreation and Sports, and was involved as a Campaign Intern for the Gavin Newsom gubernatorial campaign in 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as a Records Assistant at the UCSC Financial Aid Office. Lourdes holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Politics and Latin American and Latino Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, obtained in 2019.
