Jeff Losch

Jeff Losch, ICD.D. has over three decades of experience in the legal and corporate sectors. Jeff currently serves as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at G3, where they oversee all legal affairs, corporate secretarial duties, corporate communications, and insurance matters. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Senior Attorney at Axiom from 2016 to 2019. From 2008 to 2015, they held the position of Vice President, Legal, and General Counsel at SMART Technologies, where they were responsible for legal and corporate secretarial affairs. Additionally, they took on the role of Business Owner at J.A. Losch Consulting Services from 2005 to 2008. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at The Source from 1999 to 2005. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Corporate Legal Counsel at Whirlpool Corporation from 1993 to 1999 and as a Business Lawyer at McMillan LLP from 1987 to 1993. Jeff's extensive experience spans various industries, including consumer electronics and multinational corporations.

Jeff Losch, ICD.D. has completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University. Additionally, they have a D.E.C. in Pure & Applied Sciences from Marianopolis College.
