Nick Rose has extensive experience in human resources management. Nick started their career at Bristol Myers Squibb in 2003, where they worked as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist and a Human Resources Advisor. In these roles, they were responsible for analyzing market data, providing consultation on pay levels, managing the company healthcare scheme, and ensuring effective resourcing and career development for departments. In 2008, they joined G3 Systems Ltd as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed the HR function, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices. Nick later became the Director of Human Resources, overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and advising directors and managers on employment issues. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director of G3 Systems Ltd.
Nick Rose attended Brunel University London from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Studies.
