Vitaly Khusidman

Vitaly Khusidman has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Vitaly is the Founder and CEO of G3C Technologies Corporation since 2015, where they have developed a patented technology for recycling scrap tires into high-value carbon black. Prior to this, they worked as the President/CTO at Knowledge Vitality from 2009 to 2017, providing consulting services in business processes and enterprise modernization. From 2003 to 2009, they served as the Director/Executive Architect at Unisys, where they developed an innovative approach for enterprise modernization and built a consulting practice around it. Before that, they were the President/CTO at AA Solutions from 1997 to 2002, partnering with IBM/Rational and enabling large-scale initiatives for Fortune 100 clients. Vitaly also worked at Sandvik as a Manager of Software Engineering from 1993 to 1997, leading international teams in developing control systems for sortation processes. From 1989 to 1991, they were the Founder and VP at Epsilon NTK, leading the development of real-time control solutions for concrete manufacturing plants. Lastly, they started their career as a Solution Architect at the Center for Automation (ZNIIKA) from 1977 to 1989, where they developed a patented solution for event handling at a Nuclear Power Plant.

Vitaly Khusidman holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Institute for Control Problems, Academy of Science in Russia. Prior to earning their doctoral degree, they also obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems, General from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering.
